VOLUNTEER COACH (select CREATE NEW PARTICIPANT)
CCYSA is a volunteer run organization and as such we are in need of volunteers to coach teams in all age divisions. No experience is required. Coaches run brief practices and manage games. Reference materials will be available on the CCYSA website & Facebook page as well as there are several resources available through general searches on-line and through Youtube to assist with practice activities. We will also be offering the opportunity to observe practice sessions before the season and/or a coaching clinic in order to gain further knowledge and understanding.
Paper copies can be given to one of the league directors at an in-person sign-up day or at the first day of the season.

You will need the following:
- PA Child Abuse History Clearance (free for volunteers)
- PA State Police Criminal Record Check (free for volunteers)
- FBI Criminal History Background Check (required for those volunteers who have lived in PA for less than 10 years) ($22.60 for volunteers which can be reimbursed by CCYSA)

2025 Season end date: Week of August 4, 2025
Team assignments are based on age, although experience is also considered. Games are played on Mondays and Wednesdays (M/W) or on Tuesdays and Thursdays (T/TH).
Requests to move up an age group must be in writing via email ccysa.contact@gmail.com . Please provide the child’s full name, birth date, age group they would otherwise be in, flight night, and years of experience. These will be considered individually by the CCYSA Board.
Players that have travel or scholastic soccer experience may be asked to move up a flight. Players cannot be moved down a flight.
Applications are accepted on a first come/first serve basis; space is limited. There are NO REFUNDS.
There will be a $25 fee + bank costs for all re-turned checks. Applications will not be accepted until these fees are paid.
As much of our contact is electronic, please provide an email address and cell phone on the registration form. This will be used for contact purposes only.
